BUT, if a divorce is going to happen, it will be announced officially eventually, anyway. One website isn't official. But I mean, after an official announcement IS made, then discussion on such an announcement's effect on ClubJenna would be very legitimate. But before then, it's just a rumor.
CJ, I agree with you about having just one standard for gossiping about celebrities, both mainstream and within porn. My one standard that I try (not always succesfully, I will admit) to keep is that I don't care about either TomKat or Brangelina or what porn workers are dating each other or breaking up. I am very smug about this. And then, I'm embarrassed about being smug about anything. But anyway, I think if a celebrity, porn or mainstream, says or writes something in an interview or red carpet appearance or on an internet message board or blog, that can be fair game for either praise or ridicule. But I personally start to get embarrassed at myself and have to change the tv channel or read something else if a tv show or magazine or internet article has too much third party information and/or speculation about about the meaning behind two people simply being at the same party, etc..

That we're a free country and we are the last time I checked means such discussions are free and encouraged because if we can't have free speech then why have any speech. It's defending at the top your lungs that which you hate the most which helps make us free but it doesn't mean I have to actually participate.
And since I don't see anyone in this thread doing that, I fail to see why anyone's panties would be in a bunch over discussing this recent development.
It's fine if you feel you're "too close" to the situation and feel as though YOU can't comment, but don't try to guilt us all into feeling the same way or imply that we should and if we don't, we're somehow insenstivie and lack compassion.

Compare what we don't know about Jenna's divorce with what we do about the marriage of ClubJenna and Playboy. As for the divorce a publicists comment and a whole lot of pointless speculation. As for the ClubJenna/Playboy merger, this week AVN qouted a spokesman for Playboy saying that its going to leverage ClubJenna as part as plan to make up for multi-million losses. This means that ClubJenna is not part of Playboy's longterm plans. It looks like their going to boost the market value of ClubJenna and then sell it off.
In all likelyhood, the ClubJenna/Playboy divorce will probably be finalized long before we know anything about Jameson v. Hridna. By this time next year the long anticipated "Janine Loves Jenna," may be released by a company called 'Jenna's' Digital Playground.
Playboy is losing money, CJ is making money, so Playboy buys CJ in an effort to have CJ help subsidize Playboy's online empire.
What I wonder is how much of the dirty dirty movie biz Playboy is going to get into. ClubJenna markets hardcore movies. Playboy generally does not. Playboy has usually made an effort to NOT focus on adult entertainment ("porn"), positioning themselves as somehow above it. I mean, it's a big deal when a pornstar shows up in the pages of Playboy. They had shitfits when Teri Weigel left the stable to go hardcore.
But I don't see this acquisition as a precursor to a pump-and-dump of the CJ assets.

The word leverage implies that CJ is valueable to Playboy as wedge which is different then stating that CJ is an integral addition to Playboy. I guess I misintepreted the article, good thing I don't play the stock market.
Anyway it looks like this a moot point. AVN has subsequently reported that Playboy is ripe for the pickens. In which case CJ may not have been that white night Hef and company was hoping for.

Playboy could make more money if they'd step things up a bit with their marketing. Like sell Playboy sunglasses, car air fresheners, or lighters. Or do a better job with their DVDs; they recycle scenes too much and do not use their Playmates nearly enough in them.

I think I did hear some news where Playboy is going to go back into the nightclub business again. They will open some playboy clubs.
What's interesting is that if you looke at jennas myspace page now, justin isn't on the front display names in the friends section, where he used to be #1 just a week ago, and tito's the new number 1.

I agree with both points, but regardless of whose dick it is, there is still a certain stigma that comes with the "pornstar" title, is there not? Sadly, where many of us see shades of grey, only black or white exists for others.
