To do MrSkinXXX you *might* get away the same thing if you set it up as a 'news' site about the adult industry. But you also might not get away with it. Full scenes - you'd never get away with it. You'd need to license the movies from the studios who own them. If you took a snippet from the movie then yes you would probably be protected legally.
it's an idea i've thought of before, too big a job for me, not interested enough in all these porn chicks to spend everyday on a site like that.
