RLD, Plat X, Candy Shop, and Amateur District under David Joseph's leadership has tried to take advantage of a number of people. Some of those people took solace in litigation and were extremely successful before trial started. It seems when the mention of a forensic accounting, court ordered audits, and disclosure of assets comes in, Mr. Joseph gets out his checkbook. Its a shame they ( RLD, et. al) try to get rid of and srew over the decent directors and keep people like Strong, Mr. Pete and Cuba around. As many of you out there in the Valley may or may not know Ralph and David are high school friends and share many secrets. With all of the recent actions (out of court settlement) and future actions about to be filed involving RLD it appears that this transfer of assets is more a magic trick rather than an actual sale. Since Ralph's public admission of Ownership of Plat X, I have been checking with various states corporations boards and have not seen any change of board of directors or change in corporate officers documents filed as of yet. As of today there was no change in the the IRS Federal Tax Identification Number for Plat X registraion. Ralph what are you thinking with making "d snoop" a director? You must be getting a "contact high" from Mr. Pete and "d Snoop". It just goes to prove you need zero skills sets to be a director for you and Plat X. Or just you have to roll with Mr. Pete and get his endorsement (not that his skill sets are way up there either). You take a guy whom female talent has complained about and reward him as a director (I can see the lawsuits now). Is Plat X going to offer a "gang-banger" line of titles now starring the "CRIPS AND BLOODS". [Link] |

I delivered good movies paid for out of my own pocket and they sold well. In return, I was slow-payed or no-payed until it comes to the point where I can go fuck myself instead of collecting what's mine. Things happen. You can't make someone treat you fairly. Life goes on. I didn't expect to be begging for my own money but it's just how some people do business. On the plus side, I was able to collect a portion of July's collected money. I have no idea when the balance will be paid but I am hoping sooner than later. [Link] |

You are right: you do have a great reputation and put out a quality product and should have been paid without begging for it. Don't lump yourself in with these guys you are truly a cut above them. You have my professional respect. The only benefit I can share with you at this point is "what goes around comes around" and Mr. Joseph/RLD will find out what Bad Karma is all about eventually. RLD has tried to leave too many bodies around uncovered. RLD can't keep screwing over decent people and not expect it to have an adverse effect. Hope you get your money you deserve it. Take care.
