Im planing a trip for myself and i have been wondering i i can go to porn valley as a tourist. I was wondering if there are stuff for me to do there, like possibly meet stars and that sort of stuff. In general, are there things to do there or is not worth going to? As a porn fanatic i have always been fascinated by the place and dream of going there. Is there any info u can guys can give regarding that?

I mean, you can go to southern California as a tourist, but there's nothing particularly porny for you to do there, even if you are in San Fernando Valley (which is where "Porn Valley" is).
If what you're looking to do is meet stars and/or talking to producers, you're more likely to get what you want going to Las Vegas for AVN than planning a trip to Porn Valley any time of the year.

It's rare to 'run into' a pornstar. A few perform at strip clubs but most prefer to blend in with everybody else. Sad to say, the few moronic idiots who accost a porn performer if he sees her in public makes the porn gal wary of being recognized so most alter their appearance if they can. Some make public appearances at porn palace peddlars, they'll sign boxcovers, let you have your photo taken with them, but once they leave they want to be left alone so to speak. Please respect their privacy.

Yeah, if you go to bars and clubs and reastaurants in the area maybe you bump into someone on their personal time. But it would be terrible to approach someone who is out with their friends or family like that. And like the guy said, some of them dress so dull and so forth so they dont get noticed. They don't go out for dinner with friends looking like they do on set.
there are not guided tours of warehouses and production rooms and sets and the houses they rent.
As the others said, if you want to meet porn performers, go to one of the big shows. Tons there, fans to drink with, girls to talk do, you can do escorting if you like, party at the bars at events created for the shows, etc... that would be the best place for a "porn tourist".

you could probably hang out in the parking lots of porn studios and check out the people going in--you might see some familiar faces. maybe you could go in the office and ask them a question or ask for a job application. you could go to addresses of the mansions and other locales they use for filming and just see what they look like. there is a thread on the porn pool about locations of houses where they shoot and i think the sddresses are given. somebody ought to give such a tour---they do it w/ the legit hollywood biz, so someone might as well do it for porn.
