Jlist.com sells some DVDs and magazines that come with DVDs. They mainly sell other things, so they don't carry a lot of them. Squareplus.net sells lots of DVDs and they even do special orders. You can send them the DVD code number or even just find a picture of the cover and they can find a copy for you. They only thing is they are really expensive. I think most prices are about US$40-$60, some go even higher. Plus, they only do EMS shipping.
Both sites only sell censored DVDs. These are the only two sites I've used. All the other ones I've seen seem to just sell copies.
Edit: I just realized I misread the title. You were asking for a list of sites.
