I'd be interested to know whether the industry has an "ideal look" for women between the legs? Is genital cosmetic/aesthetic surgery common for female performers? I like voluptuous labia, but there is no such thing as an ugly labia. Variety is the spice of life. I have heard of a few performers getting a labiaplasty or vaginaplasty but I don't think it is common. I have never seen a woman who made me say, "She really needs some cosmetic work done down there." I think most women that get work done do it for their own satisfaction, not the satisfaction of viewers. In the few cases I have seen, the women looked ok after but considerably better before. I suspect that most viewers prefer to watch women that shave their pussies completely or at least keep them well trimmed. This is what I prefer and what the vast majority of women do. This is probably reflective of a general trend in society and not limited to porn. [Link]
