1. It is a somewhat impressive fake.
2. But...anyone who has an above-average familiarity with Photoshop wouldn't find it hard to do if they had ANY idea what they were doing and had a little bit of time...and I mean, VERY little.
3. NO, Gianna has not done anal on-camera. That includes G For Gianna.
4. People obviously want Gianna to do anal really badly (as if we didn't already know but DAMN) whereas personally, I don't see the big deal. Especially not bad enough to alter a photograph.
