Usually less than $100 for a tuner card. 2. Buy an external TV tuner peripheral device that gives you the ability to turn your LCD into a picture-in-picture TV. Usually between $100 and $300. 3. Buy an LCD monitor with a built-in TV tuner. Generally very expensive. Since LCD monitors don't come with RCA or S-video inputs, you'll need one of the above options to display a non-computer video signal on them. [Link] |
