Yup all u need is a TV tuner card. The ATI All In Wonders are nice if your in the market for a new gfx card as well, otherwise u can just go get a tuner card.

Yes, in one three ways:

1. Buying a TV tuner card for your PC (or one such as an ATI All-in-Wonder that has a tuner built-in to the video card). Usually less than $100 for a tuner card.

2. Buy an external TV tuner peripheral device that gives you the ability to turn your LCD into a picture-in-picture TV. Usually between $100 and $300.

3. Buy an LCD monitor with a built-in TV tuner. Generally very expensive.

Since LCD monitors don't come with RCA or S-video inputs, you'll need one of the above options to display a non-computer video signal on them.

A friend just recently bought a $200 HDTV PCI card and plug it in his PC so he could start watching over-the-air HDTV shows.

The other best choice for computer TV tuners (besides the ATI products) is a company called Hauppauge - they make great stuff. ~ GS

Thanks everyone for your info, I think that I will go with a regular PCI tuner.
