The Private Story series typically has shorter running time than the Private Life series doesn't it?
I'd love to see a Private Life of Gabriella Bond but she only did a few scenes. I suspect she'd be a single disc in the shorter Private Story series as well.
I've got several of the Private Life of series. It seems that originally they brought one out for an actress that had done a lot of work for them such as Cassandra Wilde, Silvia Saint, Mercedes or Rita Faltoyano. All of these if memory serves me correct have at least 2 hours worth of scenes on each disc, not including bonus material. But I've bought several more recently that feel like they were really stretched for scenes. Jodie Moore and Sandra Iron spring to mind. I seem to remember that the second disc of the Jodie Moore series only had about 3 b/g scenes, all quite short too. I'm also finding that increasingly, the bonus/hidden scenes on these discs are usually g/g, which I'll pass on thanks.
Now with Woodman back I will only be buying his movies, if he's going old school that is. I never cared much for the other Private movies. They try too hard to be glamorous using girls who will only do the gentle kind of work like Bobbi Eden for example. For me I want Private back the way they were like in the mid 90's like when they first started to release the Triple-X and Private Gold series. Those were the days!
So true. Private used to be cool cause they had good settings, fresh faces with some stars mixed in and always offered high quality work. Then they took a wrong turn and went all airbrush and doll faces...total turnoff imho.
