It regularly comes up on with certain individuals and certain sites. For example, Max Hardcore would regular have charges thrown at him that he abused girls. One that stands out in particular to me was Rebecca Linares. Seeing the scene, it literally looks no different than any other Max Hardcore scene; in many ways it was tamer. But she essentially claimed he raped her (or used words to that effect). What makes her charges interesting is that she had appeared in hundreds of other videos at that point; she was far from a newbie, so her opinions about her scene with Max could not be chalked up to a bad experience by a scared newcomer. Max would extensively interview his girls on camera beforehand and afterhand, where he explained what he was about to do (I am going to pee in your mouth, you may vomit on my penis, I am going to have anal sex with you... etc), and afterwards he'd ask them if they were coerced in anyway, etc. And then he'd pay them. Invariably he'd release the before and after videos if he was accused of abusing some girl. But to me, they prove nothing. Many of Max's girls were clearly down on their luck cases, often tweakers and addicts, who appearing in what turned out to be their only appearance in porn. They were often not recruited from licensed agents; but instead recruited from a coterie of industry low-lifes where were paid upwards of 2000 dollars for each girl delivered as a finders fee (that's the number I remember hearing). Often the girls actually got paid as low as 300 dollars, which is an astonishing amount considering all the slapping, piss drinking, vomit, fisting, ass-to-mouth, and other things that went on. So max made sure that all of legal protections he needed were in place to ensure that he couldn't be charged with rape or abuse. But watching these girls cry and scream... it's eminently clear that they were miserable and probably did not feel comfortable stopping the scene; and certainly at a certain point just goes along to finish the scene so they can get paid. So my sense with the russian "rape" videos is that they are similar circumstances. Girls are recruited that aren't porn stars, don't have agents, and don't understand how a "normal" porn set would operate. They are probably told that it will be extreme, told to fight back hard, to scream and yell. They are also probably told they could stop the scene for a break if they are overwhelmed... though in the heat of the moment that it probably VERY hard to do with a crew of men around you, abusing you. And when it's over they probably ask her if she's ok... she probably laughs nervously, grateful it's over, takes her money, and goes home and sobs. It's just hard to know. One of the hardest scenes I've ever seen was a cumlouder scene with Billie Jo... the guy just fucking brutalized her. It seemed super god damned nonconsensual. When it was over, she gets interviewed and it was pretty clear she actually enjoyed the scene and it was her "thing" a bit. So who knows. What I do know is that the binary question of is something "real" or "acting" does not encompass the massive variety of answers that could encompass how a girl is feeling during one of these shoots. Seeking out people who are "down on their luck" and paying them a pittance for extreme sex acts arguably makes Max an unethical asshole. It does not make him a rapist. Consent is what is key here. Freely consenting to a sex act or a series of sex acts that you do not enjoy does not transform you into a rape victim. I'm not saying that the scenarios you described were morally neutral or good, but they were not rapes. Which one of Billie Jo's scenes are you referring to? I know I've watched a couple of her Cum Louder scenes but I'm not sure if I've ever watched her in a scene quite as extreme as what you've described. [Link] |

Oh, and fucks the living shit out of her. At one point she begs for him to not fuck her ass anymore; this enrages him and he fucks it harder... finally she screams and pulls away, begging for a break. It's so fuckin intense... yet I'm pretty sure she was into it (though it occasionally got too intense for her.
