It's always tempting to blame the lighting etc, but in this case you can see the lines around her mouth and under her eyes.

Wouldn't be too surprising, but the skin looks smoother and clearer than the last movie I saw her in.
OTOH, at least she ate something.

It is certainly her, I don't know about those lines. She looks like she has combined being in the sun too long with too much makeup.
