Brooke Milano is gone. That was reported a while back. She still has a stockpile of scenes coming out in upcoming New Sensations tapes but that doesn't mean anything. Brandon Iron reported many months ago that Wendy James was retired but recently New Sensations released two new scenes with her. Again, that doesn't mean anything.

So, it seems pretty certain that Brooke and Brianna and Serena South are gone. Girls in this biz are more and more flowing like waves. In other words, we keep getting batches of hot girls who just disappear around the time that the next wave comes in to replace. Before Brooke and Brianna we had girls like Jayna Oso, Cameron Caine, Jaden Fox, Princess Diana, Melody, etc. They're all gone now. And before these girls was another batch. For example, Cameron Caine could be regarded as the successor to Bunny Luv (hot, California blonde with the absolutely perfect body). Some of these girls last a good year or more and some only last a couple of months. It is frustrating as hell but some allegedly get overworked by their agencies and some just can't hang if they don't do anal (Jaden). And there is the insiduous presence of the scumbag boyfriend who very often has far too much influence than he should. A lot of these guys just can't handle their girl doing porn and the girls quit to preserve the relationship. It happens. I'm just glad for recent girls like Avy Scott and Selena Silver and Arianna Jollee who have made mark and continue to deliver hot scenes. In other words, I'm glad some of these girls actually stick around long enough to be remembered.

PS...I'm getting worried now that Nevaeh Ashton, Avena Lee, Natasha Dolling, and a couple of others have abandoned ship too.

Last note...Don't get too distressed over the issue though. The recent announcement of Tina Tyler's return to performing should serve as a reminder that any one of these girls could potentially come back some day. They don't have to have had a long career like Tina though. Autumn Austin was working in relative obscurity as a Vivid girl and then just disappeared. Now, Erik Everhard is shooting her for RedLight. You never know with girls these days.

That's the thing I hate about porn. Girls don't retire. They just disappear. Tina Tyler and Ginger Lynn and Marilyn Chambers all made big announcements about their returns to the biz but Brianna and Cameron and whoever else never made any announcement. They just disappeared.

About Cameron: it has not exactly been confirmed by anyone that she is gone but there have been rumors that she left and if you look at her work she hasn't been in anything in quite a while. So when I said that I thought she was gone and that I was afraid that Avena Lee and Natasha Dolling and Nevaeh Ashton were gone too it was for the same reasons: because they haven't been in anything in quite a while. That could mean the girls are taking breaks for now or it could also mean that they are splitsville.
