Hello ADT I was wondering if Wicked Pictures is 100% Mandatory Condom? does every actor that works for a Wicked scene have to put on a Condom? or is it Optional like Vivid is, Vivid promotes Condoms but they are not Mandatory.
I understand that Wicked requires condoms for anal and vaginal penetration. IIRC cumming outside the body (say on a stomach or face) is still allowable without a condom at Wicked.

When I shot for them was required for every penetration shot except for oral and obviously popshot Naked yet? Good! Then go here --> http://www.CarmenValentina.com
They're condom only as long as they're not shooting a movie to be released by one of the other companies that they own, like Vouyer Media. Then they are a non-condom company. Hypocrites.
^ I didn't know that! Is it too much to suggest that a condom-only policy is not just a political statement or self-righteous move? That it is catering to people who enjoy "safe sex" movies? I actually know people who get turned off by no-condom porn. They like to see safe sex.
It doesn't take long to realize while watching condom porn that you are still, in fact, watching porn. She's still giving it up for all to see before getting ceremoniously hosed down. I joined Wicked's site not long ago and got used to it right away. They make good movies. Underrated, in my opinion. I imagine their sales are ok but I don't hear a lot about them around here.

I actually asked my web members and twitter followers when I shot for Wicked what their thoughts were of the scene and condoms in general since I also shoot some condom scenes for my site. Based on their responses the majority claimed they did not care. There were a few that did NOT want to see condoms at all in any scenes and were quite vocal about it but the majority seemed at the very least indifferent to it. (not saying that is a true representation of the general porn viewing public) For me it didn't really matter while shooting. As always different things appeal to different people and there will always be something for everyone. I'm guessing if no one was buying their stuff because they are condom only they probably wouldn't be around for long.
I haven't seen one in years because condom porn is useless to me. They manage to be a top company because there are people who are watching mainly for kind of sort of sex with a contrived soap opera-like storyline (for whatever reason). Again, I haven't seen more than probably 10 of them in the last 20 years but from what I can tell, Wicked movies aren't at all about hardcore sex. That's how they do it. They're a niche. People like me don't buy their movies but they do have a following. Wicked is not the whole industry. Condom fucking obviously would not support the entire industry because many people would simply stop watching. Sure. Many would (having no other choice) simply endure the stupidity of rubber porn presented as hardcore, no holds barred sex but I would guess they would be in the minority and their numbers would eventually dwindle to nothing when they realize how pointless it is. Vouyer Media started out as a partnership between Vince Vouyer and Steve Orenstein who owns Wicked. Vince left the company a few years ago to start Vouyer Unleashed. So, I guess, technically, Wicked may not own Vouyer Media. But the guy who owns Wicked owns Vouyer Media. What's really hypocritical is that they've released some feature non-condom movies through the Vouyer Media label. One of them, "Taxi: A Hardcore Parody" starred Wicked contract Girl Kirsten Price.
^ That was after Kirsten Price was no longer a contract star, as far as I know. What exactly do you mean by "they've released some feature non-condom movies through the Vouyer Media label"? Who are "they"? Are you suggesting that Wicked made that movie, but released it through Vouyer? Or are you simply remarking on a former contract star performing in a Vouyer movie?
Really? That's kind of hard to imagine. "OMG! He's wearing a fucking rubber! Fucking hot! If he sticks that CONDOM CLAD COCK in her pussy I just know I'm gonna cum! Holy fucking shit! That's so goddamn SAFE! I was completely turned off until I thought about how utterly SAFE it all is and now I'm just right there on the brink of losing it Martha! I'm gonna cum all in this mutha fuckin' rubber!" Edited by - randomprecision on 5/3/2012 7:47:34 PM
^ Really. When I have had conversations with people who do seek out condom porn, they have said things that basically suggest they feel more comfortable watching porn that features safe sex, for one reason or another, and they like to see sex that reflects their own practices. Each to their own, right?
"They" are a company owned by the the same guy who owns Wicked. I'm suggesting that Steve Orensteins's companies are making condom features that are released by Wicked and non-condom features released by Vouyer Media.
Condom is not such a big concern for me. I like variety in my porn and when I'm tired of watching evil angel and Jules Jordan, Wicked is a little but more romantic and focuses on the sex rather than the penetration. Word of advice, if you plan to watch porn with your girlfriend start with Wicked so you don't freak her out. I made my mistake. I recently saw She's the One with Lexi belle and that was a good movie.
^^ Ok, so you mean Vouyer made that movie, and Orenstein owns Vouyer. Just checking. [This was in response to Bill, just to be clear]. Edited by - Gore Gore Girl on 5/3/2012 8:26:39 PM
Also their earlier stuff in the mid 90's to early 2000's during the era of Jenna Jameson, Jill Kelly etc. was not condom only. I've never joined their site but am assuming all that stuff is still on there? They were such great performers that the scenes still hold up today. Not super hardcore but still sexy as fuck as the girls back then were all time greats, more glamorous and just more sensual in their performance imo.
Not that I don't enjoy crazy extreme modern porn as well, I absolutely do. Every now and again though I dig out my old Jenna Jameson DVD's and remember how great that stuff was.
I have indeed - I've snagged a membership in appreciation, give things a try. Some good deals sometimes, too, if you're already a member at some other Gamma managed sites (I came there as part of a lifetime membership deal through Evil Angel). I'm quite pleased with that development and am looking forward to seeing what 2021 brings Wicked.
