But I've totally lost interest in her after she became a contract star with her "enhancement". Jenna Haze is in the same mold for me, TOTALLY amazing early on. When she joined Jill Kelly Productions... Lost total interest. But, she came back with a vengeance after her contract with JKP was over and she is featured in great movies nowadays. To be honest with you, there isn't many contract girl that I've had interest in beside Stoya, Morgan Dayne, Hanna Hilton, Cheyenne Silver and Temptress. In Cheyenne Silver case, I totally stopped following her career when she joined Vivid and got a boob job. Temptress movies weren't as good as her pre-Wicked contract deal. Hanna Hilton is the only girl that I followed from Vivid, but I heard that she is leaving the porn business. Stoya and Morgan Dayne were always contract stars, but were/are amazingly good looking and I am glad they didn't get pressured into getting plastic surgery. The quality of the movies they made at Digital Playground & Cezar Capone were quite good too. I guess it really depends on which company you chose and what kind of films you appear in. I really prefer gonzo movies and have whatsoever no interest in feature movies. You will loose and gain some fans from both genre if you decide to switch to feature only. Click to expand You have to do what's best for you. Depending on which company you become a contract girl for it's going to probably be a good thing for you. They promote you. You make great money for working less. You don't have to pay for travel. You (probably, not always) become a bigger name. Your work is more likely to get nominated for awards. You have the resources of a company backing your career. Your website will probably become moe successful. You'll have a bit more control over who you work with but it will probably be more limited. You'll probably have a bigger fanbase. The downside is only for some of your current fans. Some will follow you no matter where you go. However, with many the type of scenes you do is very important to them and with some of the bigger companies you probably won't be doing the type of scenes they like anymore. For me it's fun seeing you do different things with different companies. the stuff you do at JSI is different than the tuff you do for VOYUER and is different from the stuff you do at BLACK ICE is different from the EVIL ANGEL, etc..etc...It's much harder to get bored with a pornstar doing different stuff for different companies. When you work for one company it starts to become the same thing over and over. Plus, at certain big name companies some fans don't consider the sex nearly as hot. Then there's a lot less of you to see. A free agent can work as much as she wants by jumping from company to company but a contract girl is limited to a certain amount of movies/scenes per year. You'll probably lose some fans but you'll gain others who wouldn't have seen your work otherwise. At this point in your career you'll probably end up with more fans if you became a contract girl. If I were you and had the chance to become a contract girl at this point in your career, I'd do it because it will shift your career into another gear and get things moving much faster. If Isis were to ever become a contract girl it would be nice to have movies where she gets more on screen time in a movie instead of one scene per movie like gonzo does. If Isis were a contract girl I'd rather see her at DIGITAL PLAYGROUND. They seem to put out the stuff I'd be more likely to see. I'm a fan of Jesse Jane and will buy her movies but most of them were the slo-mo artsy fartsy stuff. That stuff is pretty to look at but it gets old really quick with me. I finally got some Jesse jane stuff that wasn't the slo-mo stuff and was surprised that Jesse was a better performer than I thought. The problem with DIGITAL PLAYGROUND is that no girl can seem to become a breakout star other than Jesse Jane. Jesse seems to be their only girl who can really move product. WICKED bores me to no end. They have great looking women but none of them excite me. From what little I've seen from them bores and annoys me. I don't care how much I like a girl, if she stars in a WICKED movie I won't watch. It's obvious they do good stuff but it's stuff I have no interest in. Tera Patrick and Janine are the only reason I watch anything from VIVID. I ignore the storylines and fastfoward to the sex scenes. Tera and Janine sex scenes aren't great but I like their looks so much it kinda doesn't matter. But I think janine is the better performer. If I had the option of seeing them elsewhere I'd probably never watch their VIVID stuff. SEX-Z PICTURES seems to do the type of stuff I like but I really don't see much of their stuff in the stores I rent/buy from or on the site I order from. I've liked the little I've seen from them. They do good stuff but don't seem high profile. All the companies I named do good stuff but I'm just more of a fan of "gonzo" type movies. The few contract girls I do watch at those companies I only do so because I can't see them anywhere else and they've always been contract girls.
