The question needs to be asked out loud. Veronica Avluv said the day she prolapses is the day she retires because you need surgery. If it is unhealthy to prolapse, why do we see so much prolapse porn?

Performing anal sex can lead to a prolapse and doing anal porn sex increases the possibility but that's not the main reason why you see so much more today than in past decades. Today it's primarily because of the kind of anal sex that LP/AV has made a mainstay of their brand of porn. Before them a DAP was a rare thing but not anymore and obviously doing a DAP will significantly increase the chances of getting a prolapse and by extension doing multiple DAP's will more than likely lead to a prolapse.

I enjoy bdsm and extra rough, filthy sex. That being said, I don't like scenes where the model is visibly in pain (of the bad type). Prolapse is one of them, followed by fisting- it just looks so painful. I cannot remember all the times when I was watching a rough anal scene and it contained a prolapse. Total turn off for me.
