realtip --you are looking at skin color--I am talking about race classification.
In October 1997, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) announced the revised standards for federal data on race and ethnicity. The minimum categories for race are now: American Indian or Alaska Native; Asian; Black or African American; Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander; and White.
Here is what I found regarding Hispanics (relating to the census): "Hispanics are asked to indicate their origin in the question on Hispanic origin, not in the question on race, because in the federal statistical system ethnic origin is considered to be a separate concept from race."
If there was a Multiracial category--then Hispanics would fall into that one. Some people wrote in Multiracial. Like a person with 1 Black and 1 White parent.
I think he meant that Puertoricans, cubans and Mexicans can be white (WHITE RACE, NOT "LOOK"). Americans think that "hispanic" is a race or a look, neither is true. The truth is that many latino immigrants to the U.S. are of the poorer class in their country and that usually means native american or black, as sad as it sounds. Sadly, the whites are dominant and usually much wealthier and have no reason to emigrate.
Back on topic: Jenna and TT Boy are NOT interracial, and neither would it be if Jenna screwed Toni Ribas or Ramon Nomar... Interracial means between RACES and TT Boy is white. Whether he is latino, italian, german, scandanavian or french canadian HAS nothing to do with race. However, if Jenna does screw a black latino, like Franco Roccaforte, he is from Venezuela i believe, then that is INTERRACIAL.
