My favorite BJ series is Blow Me Sandwich, but of course it has two girls for every guy. I also like Rodney Moore series like I Swallow, We Swallow and Goo Girls (I should mention that Rodney's movies have both full sex scenes and BJ only series).
Your are asking for alot. Its often hard enought just trying to find a POV movie that stays in true POV, without switching to slightly side angles.
The only bj series that I can think of right now that meets almost all of your requests is:
Smokin Blowjobs- Alot of great tease sequences, guys dont talk much, POV shots of nice seductive bjs while girls smoke and talk sexy. I think there is only one guy in every scene.
Vacuum Hoes- Amateur POV series. good tease sequences, not much talking from guys, slow seductive bjs, and some sexy talk from the girls. I think there is only one guy in every scene.
You might want to rent these first, but I think this is what you would be looking for.

There are a few other movies that come close to your requests.
Recently Extreme Associates re-started the Cocksmokers series, with better production values and a more attractive cast of girls. The newer ones seem to be good choices for what you are searching for.
Awhile back Vivid released an interactive bj series directed by Dyanna Lauren. They were shot in multi-angle, but if you leave it on the POV shot, those would be what you are searching for. They made around 10 or so of these movies, and I dont know if they plan on making any more.
13 Cum Hungry Cocksuckers would also be a good choice, but I dont know if this will be an ongoing series. It is directed by Steve Austin, and I think it is one of his best bj movies. The only small drawback is that there is no tease before the bjs begin. Also Madness Pictures does not always do the best dvd transfer, so if there is alot of fast movement on the screen, the picture quality suffers, but it is a minor problem.
One of the best Pov blowjob movies is Mr Nastys Point Of View from Zane. An attractive cast of cute young girls that bring the guy to completion with their hands and mouth. It might be hard to find, but it is worth searching for.
As you already know, next week Suck It Dry will be out, and hopefully that will be an ongoing series.

The "Vacuum Hoes" series is a good one, I've seen one of them so far and would definitely give it a thumbs up. There is more emphasis on the seductive side of blowjobs and none of the gagging and choking stuff. The guy doesn't talk much, if at all, and it was all one on one. Good place to start for what you are looking for.
I strongly agree! I just saw this last weekend and was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the BJs. Lots of good close-ups and tons of eye-contact, as well as some very good spit play in some of the scenes. One of the few drawbacks is the fact that almost all of the scene involve the same stunt cock, and it's a little smaller than most of the cocks you usually see in porn, so the effect of the cock being bigger than the girl's head (!) that I like to see isn't there for most of the scenes.

Two quick recommendations:
Cocksucking Tittyfucking POV - Very, very good POV BJ movie. Tristan Segal is shooting some good stuff for this "White Ghetto" label.
Massive Overload - Again on "White Ghetto". Half of the scenes are shot by Tristan in his POV BJ style. Recommended.
I have more to say on this topic but will have to save it for another time...
For me, one of the biggest surprises of the year has been the "White Ghetto" movies distributed by Devils Films. A nice selection of girls, many I have never seen before, giving seductive bjs without all the gagging, forced deepthroat, butt licking, slapping, and other extreme acts. Each movie seems to get better than the last, and blowjob fans should consider watching a few. Whenever a new White Ghetto movie is released, it is an automatic purchase for me, and the next one, Shut Up and Swallow 3, should be out sometime in mid September.
Over the summer, one of the best bj movies to come out was Cocksucking Tittyfucking POV. I didnt list it here as sometimes the camera is held off to the side for a short time, so it doesnt stay in true point of view all the time. You can buy White Ghetto movies from any online store that carries Devils Film (they are the distributor of them). Five Star DVD carries alot of them, but there are many other stores that have them, just look under the studio Devils Film. They have a few different series, Shut up and Swallow 1-2, Massive Overload, Cocksucking tittyfucking POV, and Latin blowbang. I really enjoy their movies.
Walter, There is movie from New Sensations called In Your Mouth and On Your Face 2, and that would meet just about all your requests as well. All the bjs are slow and seductive, and there is none of that gagging, forced deepthroat, or phony enthusiasm from the girls. Each scene has only one guy, and he doesnt talk much. The girls talk sexy for a short time, make great eye contact with the camera, and never do any of that circus act nonsense such as standing 69s, inverted bjs, or grabbing their heels while sucking. The movie is almost entirely in Pov, only a few times was the camera held off to the side for a very short time. The movie was directed by Brother Love and Peter Griffen, and they did a fantastic job. I hope they continue making more of these.

Thanks for all the great suggestions. I checked out Vacuum Hoes 5 last. Here's my 1 minute mini-review:
It was very similar to what I requested - the only thing different is that 7 of the 8 scenes were pretty short (around 6 minutes from start to finish). The male and most of the females are amateurs. The last scene was 16 minutes long. The whole movie was less than an hour long, but I enjoyed it. I'd probably give it 3.5 stars overall.
I will be checking out "In Your Mouth & On Your Face" and "Cocksucking Tittyfucking POV" soon, as they are both at the video store.

I agree that "Vaccum Hoes" (esp. after volume #3) fits almost all your criteria.
My main complaint about that series is that the guys dick is just too small for my tastes. When I see a BJ flick, I like to see the dick expand the girls mouth if possible. So for me, having "girth" is more important than length.
The main actors dick isn't so small that it makes it unwatchable. But I just keep thinking how much that series would hit the mark for me if it *was* bigger.
Walter, you are right about most of the scenes being short in Vacuum Hoes 5. This started in volume 4, with a few of the scenes being short, and now 5 is mostly short scenes. The earlier volumes have scenes around 12 minutes long. I am not sure why the format changed. For any fans of the Vacuum Hoes series, Crush Video just got their website up, CrushVideo.com, and are looking for feedback about their movies, and how to improve them.
I just got my copy of Suck it Dry in the mail today, and got to see a few scenes. Like alot of Pov movies, sometimes the camera is held off to the side for a short time, so it is not always in true point of view. The scenes I have watched so far are fantastic. I hope Jonni Darkko makes this an ongoing series.
