I joined a few days ago and haven't had any problems until tonight. I was logged in and downloading a file, when my access was denied. It was while I was on a different site in their network than the one I had initially logged into, but once logged in you don't have to keep entering your info. So, I am wondering if my account has been hacked. I am pretty sure the page you log into isn't even secure, although it was when I signed up. I did email the website, but it may be 24 hrs or more before I hear back. Just wondering if something like this has happened to anyone else. Is it a safe site? Thanks.

Many sites give 'access denied' when they detect simultaneous multiple user attempts to logon with the same username/password from different computers. Such a situation could result from your password being stolen (by a hacker), or if you shared your account with someone. My guess is that they'll reset/change your password to fix the problem.

Actually, they are introducing a new security feature and it appears that this is the issue. Hopefully it will be debugged soon.

Well, a week later and the site is still messed up. Every day they say the problem will be fixed the next day and then it gets pushed back to another day.

If anyone from this site is reading this, fix your damn site already. It's going on two weeks now. You can't find people skilled enough to fix a couple links? And I sure hope the time those sites are down will be added to our subscription period.

^I think you should email them every few days, re-complaining about the problem, documenting the duration of the problem, AND requesting an extension of your membership period.
