Thats a really hard question to answer for me. Ive never searched for subtitled porn.
Moreover, the biggest italian porn productions are often already shot in english and then they add a (crappy) italian dubbing for us: so what you (english-speaking people) get is ready to buy.
About the websites, the situation is even worse: here only 5-6 movies (Im talking about decent quality porn) are produced each year, so I really think that there is no VOD site specific for italian porn. What we watch is 99% american. Im pretty sure we all buy italian porn (on DVD!!) in porn-shops or directly from their (or from pornstars') websites: ATV, Pinko, Showtime. The website dvdland.it is the most popular for DVDs (but Ive never used it -it sells "normal" movies too- and you can see that the porn section sells almost only US stuff).
Ill ask my friends too.
