There are tons of great looking women out there that are great performers but the adult industry has never ever really been interested in promoting anything or anyone black. Unfortunately that's the facts. Porn is SO degrading to women now a days I don't understand why any woman would want to have anything to do with it except for monetary gain. I have watchable few scenes from SKin diamond and she is breathtaking to look at but the scenes are so degrading....I don't know it bothers me. I feel girls like her and Bethany Benz are amazingly beautiful but they are black women that white men are attracted to that's why there profile is as high as it is. Bethany Benz is honestly the most beautiful creature to ever grace a porn set and that's the gods honest truth. She could make more money doing other things why she does this is beyond me. She is beautiful and sexy, professional, shows up on time ready to work, gives strong performances in a variety of areas, including fetishes, and got paid less than far less professional and talented white girls. The same with directing. Her Go Hard or Go Home had some super hot scenes, including the best 3some I have ever seen, yet she has never been given the opportunity to direct her own line. I think some of the racism is instituional, based on buyer's perceived tastes, but until black girls consistently get cover shots and better promotion, I doubt if there will be a huge black superstar. This was the year that I said I was done with porn &; actually stepped away & stopped shooting. I've been going back & fourth about performing on camera a lot, hence the lack of new scenes. Moving to Miami helped make it easier to stop shooting since there isn't too many productions going on out here. I know you're wondering why did I quit porn? Well it's a different business now & I just don't want to be apart of it. That's my short simple explanation. I had thoughts of doing G/G scenes for my website once the new year came along, but upon second thought decided that I didn't want to start my new year off doing something that I'm trying to get away from. The most that I will be doing on cam right now is solo scenes. I just really think that it's time that I focus my energy doing something else. I gave the porn industry about six years of my life & I don't regret it AT ALL.... but if I would of been going to school at the same time that would of been better. That's why I'm taking my ass back to school this coming Spring. At first I was very nervous about going back because I just turned 30 this year & I haven't been in a classroom in about 10 yrs. Once I found what I really wanted to do I didn't care about my age or anything. I'm going to school to learn graphic & web design. Also going to take a little photography class so I can learn how to use my Canon 7d. I have so much planned for my life & porn isn't apart of it. This transition has matured me a lot!! I was very frivolous with my money when I did porn & got accustomed to a expensive way of living. Well now I'm much better with my money & stopped loaning out money that would hurt not getting back. My point was that she worked in the business for a long time and didn't get the true level of fame or fortune she deserved, in my opinion.
