Without these reactions, the lady's body is just a body, hard to tell apart from a life-like doll. From what I've read about non-verbal communication between people, people are best at acting, pretending, and lying with their words, facial expressions come next, and body movements are last. Which means that the best liars can persuade you of their sincerity with their words and facial expressions, but you can still detect their lies in their body movements, if you know what to look for.
