I think the MILF category exists because some people (hi there) prefer women over girls. I've always been attracted to women around my own age or a little older. I tend to prefer so-called MILFs not only because they're more age appropriate but because, growing up as a boy in the early 70's, most of the movie-stars I fantasized about were in their 30's. So sexy to me is Raquel Welch or Ursula Andress, not some 18 year-old, unsophisticated waif.

When I was a child, I was apparently attracted to teen-aged girls.... When I was a teen, I was VERY attracted to teen-aged girls. I too have always preferred women in their late 20's and 30s than my own age. As I approach that age bracket I find my preference hasn't changed at all, so eventually I love the younger women too. I don't think it exists for that reason at all. Hell, in 1986 I had already graduated high school.
