what dreadful service order 2 films reel people from VCX w/ginger lynn take my money immediately even though they dont have the films quote 4 days to get them to them still dont have them.

email them all emails bounce as they are over quota- looks like I have wasted good money.

you have all been warned

I use Jaded Video occasionally because it can offer some
titles unavailable in fivestar or adultdvdtoday. For
international consumers, their shipping charge is bit
high. In my experience, since the last 6 months, their
email reply become very slow and sometimes they take
your money out even you have not been able to check the
status of your current order on-line. This kind of charge
policy is legal but I do not like it.

I just want to tell everyone here about this before you
put order in Jade Video. It is a bit slow in comparison to the other shop recommended here. And their particular
policy.

I've heard enough of a mix of good and bad about Jaded to avoid them personally, especially stories like both of yours. Since I don't have any personal experiences with them I can't offer anything from my own perspective though.

I haven't used them for some time, but when I have used them approx 3 maybe 4 times have been happy with them.

Shipping to UK is a bit steep for single discs but OK if you order say 3 discs.

Delivery times were good - I've heard delivery times of up to 30 days and more from other suppliers which to me is just unacceptable - you'd have to pay me to take the discs off you if they're gonna take that long.

Prices aren't the cheapest but are reasonable.

Hope you guys are just experiencing blips as I would be happy to use them again and indeed would probably turn to them 1st.
