How long on average does it take? I ordered something about a week and a half and it hasn't arrived yet. I took "Standard shipping" whatever that is.

Neech, its been a while since I ordered from Jaded and if I remember correctly their standard shipping method was either Priority or First Class Mail. But thats not really the problem, its their slow processing time that gets on my nerves. One of the reasons I mainly stick to other companies that provide more efficient service and only use them as a last resort. Hopefully you'll get your stuff soon!

I haven't ordered from them in a long time either. However, I seem to remember that they had no real-time inventory and I had to wait for some backordered items.

I'm not really worried about whether it takes longer than most other places. I just don't want to get into a thing where they've lost the order or some stupid bullshit like that.

My guess is that your items are backordered. As Bill mentioned, they don't have any kind of real-time inventory tracking, so there's no way to know if titles are in stock when you place your order.

On the upside, I don't think there's ever been a title I ordered from Jaded that didn't show up eventually, though it took a couple of months (or longer) on occasion. I'd drop them a line and ask - I always found them very quick to respond to emails.

They just sent me an email yesterday telling me it had just shipped. I guess it was on back order. I don't really think that's a good way to do business, but as long as I get it.
