Both have some of the lower prices for adult DVD content and I wanted to give Jaded a shot. My order from 5 Star shipped that day and I just received the package a few minutes ago. I had to write Jaded on the status of my order on Friday and I received a reply a couple of hours later saying that shipment would be sent out "sometime next week." I'm sorry but that is not good enough. Right now the only other company I might try is DVD Advantage but I don't think Jaded is going to get any more of my money. I hope I'm not coming off like a whiner here but when I spend $165.00 with a company I want a better reply than "sometime next week." Even Excalibur is more precise than these guys and I can check order status on their web site rather than having to email & wait for a response.
