My order went pretty well eventhough the shipping was expensive. They're not bad but there are better companies around, AdultDVDNow, Lasersedge and AdultDVDToday comes to mind.

This page won't give shipping and ETA information immediately obviously. Like other online sites I imagine you have to allow at least 24 hours for Jaded to process your order before any useful order information is given, otherwise you'll see 00/00/00 under 'shipping' and 'eta'.

I can't speak for Euro orders, but orders to Australia have been prompt for new releases. A six day turnaround is not unusual! It's some of the older releases that can give you ulcers from agonizing waits. I've been waiting a month for a 6 month old Sandy Bunz release. On the other hand, a much older 1994 gangbang DVD arrived two weeks later. Like Drew said, it's a stock/supplier issue more than anything else, and it happens with other companies I've dealt with too.

But there's one thing I haven't complained about and that's their large DVD/video collection. With their upgraded search engine, you can find virtually anything and everything.

It's best you refer to their FAQs page for expenses/general orders queries. I found their customer service to be prompt and very helpful.

The delivery timeframe should be 5-10 days (1-3 days for processing by the store (per their FAQ) and 4-7 days for delivery by the Postal Service. There could be additional delay if customs officials inspect the package or if your local postal process is delayed.

Or you could try Laser's Edge, the cost-effective option. $1.99 for adult titles, but you'll probably have to wait a good while longer.

Either way, 9 days isn't really so long. Please be patient and give Jaded a chance to get the goods to you. Bear in mind that once the goods have been shipped, it's up to particular delivery services to get the goods to you on time. I've often found that goods have taken longer to be delivered within the UK after they've been customs stamped than it took for the international shipping.

By the way my DVD's from jaded just arrived today, save and sound. But there is no cover on them, Why?, are jaded the only one that does that? and wich Internet shops send the cover with the DVD's?

I can't answer for Jaded of course, but I assume they remove the covers to play it safe for customs reasons when shipping overseas.

As Ramsey and Gabriel have suggested (and named), there are a number of quality companies who the experienced international pornsumers here much experience with and can reccomend.

it depends on a lot factors too. is the title in stock, is it backordered, the day of shipping etc. etc.
also stores often say it is in stock, but it isnt. they just want to go sure that you place the order
