Has anyone used this site for international orders?
If so, are they any good?
How long did it take for the items to arrive?
Can anyone see whats inside the box?
Does it say the value of the DVD's on the box, but not the titles?(When ordering from another company I've tried they list the studios and the price of each DVD, but not the title.)
Please list as much information as you have.

yes I've used them 2/3 times but not for a while.

They are reliable del time I THINK (it was a while ago) app 7-10 days. My 1st order was for 3 discs and got through so they obviously musn't mark the value. I asked them to sned disc n artwork only - no case/box. The envelope therefore was not too thick.

I would certainly use them again.

Shipping costs not the cheapest but also not the worst. Best bet is to order 2/3 discs for value for money from the shipping costs.

Last time I ordered just 1 disc cost was approx £20 inc shipping.

I bought from them a long time ago, went fine but I won't do it again because their int. shipping costs are too high.

They shipped the artwork with case and no customs thank god.

I don't like the fact that you can't create an account with them so you can't check your order status also.

Just make sure you keep the acknowledgement email once you make an order from JadedVideo for safe keeping, since it records the order number. You'll need this for querying purposes.

I didn't get any boxcover artwork though. Didn't realise they could ship it.

I guess they added the account info and Jaded never ships artwork if it's double sided unless you ask for it and then they will ship it separatly then.

They've always been fast as reliable for what concerns shipping, but I've had terrible experiences with their costumer care.

The reason why I don't want to try them is that they ship the movies without the covers, I like cover :-)
I also don't like their shipping company, I prefer UPS or FedEx.
Any other recommendable places?

Hm thinking about it you have to ask for the covers - my 1st order did not have cover - WOAD I asked for cover/artwork and got it.
