I would highly recommend 'Janine's Got Male.' (2005 Vivid) Janine appears in two threeways. First with Evan Stone and Dale Dabone, and the second is with Tawny Roberts and Christian--this is one of my favorite scenes.--The one issue I have with this disk is Janine's final scene, a b/g with Evan Stone. She appears to be in much physical discomfort throught the scene and for me was no fun to watch. I've discussed this in other Janine threads. My theory is that Vivid intentionally included unflattering footage of Janine in the final cut to purposely tarnish her reputation and damage her career after she walked out on her contract. All that allegedly bad stuff notwithstanding, I can't help myself but to like those first two scenes.
Janine is also quite good in 'At the Villa,' especially the opening four way.

The "Maneater" 3way scene is one of the best b/g Janine scenes because, IMO, Janine (like many past/present female porn stars) can only give a good performance when she enjoys what she's doing and who she's working with. In "Maneater" Janine was doing b/g for the first time and having Angelica in the scene helped her relax (plus Dale is a really handsome guy).
IMO, the other good Janine b/g scenes were her 3way with Tawny Roberts & Rick Patrick in "Janine's Got Male" and her Manuel Ferrera scene from "Emperor." Unfortunately, her work for Digital Playground didn't produce any good b/g work, because they paired her, in "Pirates," with Tommy Gunn, who IMO doesn't "look" good with Janine. There's an "ug" factor. But her g/g with Jesse Jane in that video was excellent.
Janine's work with Rocco in "Emperor" was a disaster because Director Paul Thomas appeared to exercise no control on the set and allowed Rocco to dominate and rough up his sexual partners. In the BTS interview Janine says she walked off the set because of the way Rocco was treating her, and his sexual technique didn't work with her. In short, she doesn't like getting roughed up.
Since Janine is in her late 30s, strong-willed, has some money in the bank, and is particular about the type of scenes she's in, there are few if any companies or directors for her to work with. And, since most of the fans who post on this Board are heavy into Gonzo Porn, it's very unlikely that she'll make sexvids that will please this customer group. But, remember, Janine's scenes continue to win awards including at the 2007 AVN. So, there is a fan base (including me) that will buy her product.
Currently, she's Feature Dancing on the East Coast, and there's talk of a possible reunion with Julia Ann at the up-coming Spearmint Rhino Anniversay.
As a side note,she was suppose to marry again for a third time in 2006.The guy was apparently O.K. with the fact she was in the business.Never heard if this actually really happen.

In "Emperor" Janine walked off the set, and Tawny Roberts punched him in the eye, turning it black & blue. As I said before, the director should have exercised some control to protect his female performers.

+1, Does make one wonder about what must have been going through Rocco's mind as he watched MF and JL walk away with the AVN award for a sex scene in the same DVD in which he was supposed to be the 'big' star? --Sometimes what goes around does somehow manage to come around.
