Mark Spiegler may confirm where she is , but I think I've met her a couple hours ago in Rome on the Subway , couldn't talk to her due to the delicacy of the talking and the fact that the car was full and she was some three meters (10 ft) from me , if it was actually Marica then she's even more beautiful in person.
I don't know of she was hiding something under her jacket , I had no clear view due to people between us , but she looked like in early pregnancy.
