Why are there certain japanese porn censored while there are some that are not?
This doesn't make sense because if its japanese law that require japanese to be censored, then I guess its okay to let some pass by.

Because some Japanese porn is shot in Japan; in the uncensored porn they fly the crews offshore to places where it is legal.

It's illegal to sell uncensored movies in Japan, the only ones you'll see without mosaic are the ones made in Hk, Thailand, or even US.
You can find uncensored movies in Japan in almost every porn shop but you'll have to ask them to the seller, and most of the time they're not selling to foreigners.

Don't you think that they apply the mosaic AFTER they shoot the vid, and BEFORE it is released for sale? What difference does it make where the scenes are filmed?

It's the distribution of uncensored porn in Japan rather than the filming of it in Japan that the Japanese authorities are more concerned about. There is plenty of uncensored porn shot in Japan, but so long as it is not advertised or sold over the counter in Japan they pretty much get away with it.

I have to add that most of the girls which make uncensored movies are pretty always ugly or at least less beautiful than the censored ones working for S1, Moodyz, ....

Not necessarily. Often times, a girl who is known for her censored work will do uncensored right before her retirement.
