y'see, what's going on here is a cause-and-effect thing. In Japan, it's obvious they have a fucked-up law about not showing a penis, so it gets pixellated out. Then the porn makers are driven to do something interesting - and you get stuff like Hentai, and bukkake, and sperm drinking. Also there are some interesting lesbian kissing videos in Japan, since the same dumb laws probably prevent showing any oral sex.

Some people sell lame Japanese Bukkake in the USA that's uncensored but it's all generic/low quality garbage that's not worth $20.

I think the reason you won't see official retail Japanese bukkake titles in the USA is that none of the companies like SOD, Waap or Moodyz will sell wholesale (or even ship) to people in the USA who want to sell at retail. Strange as it sounds, i've even seen companies selling VCDs endorsed by Hustler selling bootlegs. I didn't realized they were bootlegs until I received them in the mail. Maybe Hustler didn't purchase from them when reviewing their store.

Some people say it's 100% legal to do this since they have no US copyrights. But then others say it's illegal. Who knows. Buy retail if you can find the titles you want.
