She can have the implants removed and I suspect that unless there are serious scars then she would look about the same as she did prior to getting them but why would she do it? I mean she just got them so unless there are complications then I see no reason why she would remove implants that must have cost a decent amount of money. I'm not a huge fan of implants because performer tend to get huge implants but at least Jayden didn't go overboard on the size of the implants so they don't overly alter her overall look.
