So recently I bought some DVD's by mistake and immediately ordered them to cancel by email they haven't got back to me or anything it's been days they said customers see obligated to cancel no matter the reason and I'm getting fucking fed up having to beg for money that I'm entitled to this is incase I feel scammed and pathetic I just might have to boycott that website in general from now on.
