Was this scene included on the Fetish Fanatics 2 DVD or was it only on Belladonna's website? If it was only on the website, why was that the case?

no it wasn't on the dvd , it's website only .

I guess for legal reason she keeps all that stuff for the website .

I don't understand how it's legal on the website but not on the DVD. Can anyone explain that?

It's not necessarily illegal on a DVD either. However, if you put it on a DVD and then distribute it to stores around the country, who then attempt to sell it, you are putting many more people at risk of prosecution than if you just put it on your website.

It's more likely that a store owner in Alabama will be prosecuted for obscenity because they carry this DVD, than it is that the same prosecutor in Alabama would attempt to prosecute the owner of a website hosted half way across the country. Even if that did happen, it would be the producer of the scene that would be prosecuted, not the store owner who might not have even known that the fisting scene was in the movie.

As much as I liked Corruption, I think that it was inappropriate for Sex-Z pictures to distribute the movie without telling distributors and store owners about the contents. Even though they promised to pay the legal fees for anyone who was prosecuted for this movie, what would they have done had the person being prosecuted been found guilty? Would they have served the sentence for him? Would they be the ones who would have to register as a sex offender for the rest of their life? I don't think so.

I have no problem with adult producers shooting whatever content they want to shoot. However, those same people owe it to the retailers, to let them know the contents of a DVD if it contains something that could possibly cause the retailer problems. The retailer should be able to make an informed decision as to what titles he wants to carry, without having to screen every title before deciding to stock it.

Okay. Thanks Bill. In a roundabout way, you explained what's going on. Essentially, no store or on line outlets would be willing to assume the potential legal liabilities associated with a DVD that contains fisting. Therefore, such scenes are excluded so as to prevent any obstacles to marketing and sale of the DVDs. That makes perfect sense.

Just having Belladonna and Jenna Haze in a scene together is pleasing enough for me.

Hi,

Well, for me this topic is always ... kinda ridicioulous. It´s like "taking a shower" without "getting wet" or this stupid thing about the japanese mosaic. They are "allowed" (i would guess) to shot porn but not allowed to show genitals ... hello ... Mcfly is somebody home ?

And who can be sure "not" to get prosecuted for all the things that are shown in todays porn in any place in the usa ?
