As far as Jenna Haze movie with her in the most scenes, I would say hands down that's Big Bottom Sadie from Elegant Angel, especially the new release of that title, as it has a 90 minute behind the scenes featurette that is practically 100% Jenna as well. Besides all that Big Bottom Sadie is a pretty damn good movie to boot.
As far as the best Jenna Haze stuff... clearly a matter of personal taste, but here's my list.
Flesh Hunter Flesh Hunter 2 Service Animals 4 18 & Nasty 24 (if you don't mind TT Boy this is a great scene)
As far as a virtual sex title... Sex Kitten is all you get with Jenna Haze. Jenna has a lot of stuff out there in ther pre-Jill Kelly work, and I haven't seen it all (although I have seen most of it), so I'm sure others can give you some good recommendations too. These are just my favorites.
My fave Jenna Haze titles are also the scorching Flesh Hunter series and my eternal gratitude to Jules Jordan for capturing her at her nastiest! In addition to the ones already listed above, here are a few more I highly recommend:
