When you are sad you think doing an improvement is going to make you feel better but it can have just the opposite effect. I feel very sad for her she's a woman who has everything except happiness. I love her and only hope she will find herself again. Don't be too hard on her as she needs the support of those who care about her. Yes she's to thin and needs to put on some weight but if she were fat everyone would knock her for that it's a no win situation when you are on top there's only one place to go.
