Don't get me wrong, I love Jenna, she is amazing. But, wtf is up with the new cheekbone implants??? They look well... horrible. And I know she's had them recently because last year she did not look like that! I don't understand why a naturally beautiful woman would think it necessary to undergo so much surgery. :(

Once some people start modifying and accept the idea (reverse that order), they start seeing more "flaw" to correct or things that could be improved, I guess.
I've been watching her since her first magazine sets and videos. Never understood why she got implants (they were large and firm to begin with!!!). Some of the minor facial surgery argueably improved her looks, depending on taste, but not in major ways. For the first several years it was really the way she did her make-up that changed her look more. There would be the occasional photoset where she didn't have much make-up that proved the point.

But regardless, it really isn't about how we feel about it. As much as we bitch and moan about implants and other plastic surgery, it is about how the person getting it feels about the subject and results.

Some people have a warped sense of themselves, and they are not all in entertainment. However, I think porn does have some effect on how the girls think and feel about the way they look. Tabitha Stevens is out of control. She went from a fairly attractive girl before she starting getting plastic surgery, to a freak show. Her face bears little resemblance to the original. And there are so many other girls who boobs are like watermelons, or they are way too skinny, or they get chin implants, cheekbone implants. It's never enough. Very sad really.

I think it is a biological problem that doesn't allow the person to see themselves as they really are physically. Similar to anorexia, where the person can't see how skinny they are.
