Besides it is also possible some performers either male or female don't want to deal with her, for reasons not made public , you know that kind of behaviour and attitude doesn't limit itself on set. anyway lately she seems to have regained some equilibrium , has a contract with Immoral for some live performances and so far never ruined one So maybe it's time to go over the past. With her little meltdown, she basically did what every 18, 19, 20 year-old does about a half-dozen times a year. It was not a live show, so the company had full control over whether or not to release the video. Nobody has tried to make the claim that she was drunk or on drugs at the time. If memory serves, the porn guys basically threw her in a taxi cab and laughed the whole thing off. In Jennifer's case, it was a LIVE stream (I saw it live) and she was inebriated to the point of being unconscious at times. Potentially a very dangerous situation for all involved and a huge black eye for the industry. If something had gone wrong—I mean really wrong, like her choking on her tongue or something—it likely would have killed the company and brought tons of heat down on the industry. I do recall that after all of this went down, she tried picking a fight with one of the other actresses, which certainly didn't help things any. Those trying to make the case that "several" actors/actresses get buzzed or tipsy while performing are missing the point completely. She was well beyond a state of being buzzed/tipsy, and again, this was a LIVE show. And yeah, to her credit, Jennifer has owned up to and apologized for the incident and, as far as I know, nothing like it has occurred since. I think she's a great actress with a lot to offer and I have nothing against her. But at the same time, it blows my mind when people profess to being perplexed as to why companies and talent might not be lining up to work with her. [Link] |
