What does that mean? That implies something like a drug overdose. The first report only mentions a botched tattoo which caused complications.

^I remember renting her videos all the time in the 90's and just trying to find one where she took a facial. I never did find it. Looking on IAFD it says she had 2 facials but I don't know how accurate that is. I will have to search those out and see! Beautiful lady and sad to hear she passed away.

I wouldnt believe anything Melissa Hill has to say, she is a knowing drug addict and liar. That being said Jenteal was my all time favorite and was great to see her back even if it was onlyfans but she seemed to be enjoying herself and still looked amazing and was a real treat to actually speak to her a couple hims in the last year. RIP

She seemed to be doing great and living a cool life from her various social media postings. Seemed to be VERY fan friendly as well. Looked like see hadn't aged a day since we last saw her in films.

There's a link to the AVN article in this tweet about Jenteal. It explains what happened. It seems that there were complications during surgery on her foot due to Moped accident she had. Plus, it seems that she had problems with one of her feet after getting a tattoo back in June. The AVN article also has a link to her personal Instagram account with her last post on October 11 in the hospital.
