I was a member here recently with my membership expiring about a week ago. I didn't see anything on the site that indicated that the newer scenes are available in 4K, but I also wasn't looking. I'm 99% sure that there were no 4K downloads available for any scenes. I think that because I downloaded the highest resolution available and those are 192 hex 1080. The newer scenes have that resolution at 9000kb/s so they look good. As you go back further in the catalogue, the resolution remains at 1080p for quite a while (they seem to have been an early adopter of high resolutions) though the framerate isn't as high. As you continue to dig into the older scenes there is a brief period where they are 720p and then the oldest (those would be at least 10 years old, probably closer to 12) drop to 64 hex 480.
But the bottom line is that I didn't see any scenes offered in 4K. But I wasn't looking closely for them either.
During the join process there is no option to upgrade to allow 4K scenes and I didn't see any offer once I was a member and behind the paywall.
You are absolutely correct when you say that the site looks dated. Judging by the careers of some of the original models here, the site dates back at least 10 years and probably longer but it looks like it's even older than that. I can't really describe it well, but if you've been an active porn buyer for over a decade then you'll recognize the look I mean when you see it. The tour pages give a good example of the look too.
I didn't find that the dated look and interface took much away from the usability of the site and it certainly doesn't detract from the scenes themselves. There really isn't a search function and there aren't any tags but the site really doesn't require them either. The site focuses on facials and a significant majority of the scenes are oral-only. If tags or a search function could be an improvement I think it could be used to identify the scenes where actual fucking occurs. Don't get me wrong though, I'm not saying that being oral-only is a negative and I knew it was mostly oral-only going in.
Because the focus of the site is so narrow the outdated site design really isn't an issue. The main page has probably 50 or more photos of the models with her name and clicking on that photo (link) brings you to that scene. All of the scenes tend to follow the same script (with the exception that some add in some fucking) so there really isn't any other way to sort them.
I didn't encounter any download limits and since I write reviews of sites that is something that I'll go looking for by downloading a lot in a short period. I found that the download speeds were pretty much at the maximum that I have available from my ISP. I didn't experience any throttling either. I use Internet Download Manager to queue scenes for download and the links didn't time out. If they do time out the length of time for that must be reasonable as I didn't encounter it.
One part of the site that may or may not be of interest to you comes under the heading of 'Bonus.' They offer some unique BTS scenes. I won't say that every primary scene also has a BTS but most of them seem to. The BTS isn't a typical interview or bloopers reel but in this case they have a stationary camera mounted in the studio that captures the entire shoot. While there is some editing, there isn't a lot. We see the model doing the photoshoot teasing while undressing and then the male talent comes in and the main scene starts. I like the 'fly on the wall' approach. Since these really are candid we get to see the true personality of the model too. It's like being allowed to grab a chair and sit quietly in the corner while a porn shoot goes on.
As for Twitter, I can't help you with that.
I'm not sure what you mean by a support page. I didn't need any support while I was a member there because I didn't have any problems. I was billed through CC Bill (and it appears that this is the primary biller) so I had complete confidence in knowing my information was secure and when I wanted to cancel it would be easy.
