She put in more gracefully than I'm saying it, but she implied most performers were happy where they were in sort of a live for today and not worry about tomorrow sort of way. Sounds like Spiegler tries to encourage the performers under his wing to plan ahead.

As far as I know Jessie never made any specific reference to why shit quit b/g. In fact, she was rather coy about it. However, she quit doing b/g almost exactly at the time of the Mr Marcus syphilis debacle so I think its a safe bet that had a lot to do with it. Jessie is a smart young lady who had every right to consider her health risks before doing any further scenes. That being said, I think the adult industry does a great job in terms of testing. I think sticking my cock into a porn star is much safer than %90 of girls out there.
She seems to be by far one of the smartest girls to come out of porn. She'll go far post porn for sure..she's carving out a business plan that looks to be taking off. Good for her. Glad she graced us with her presence, even though it was fairly short.
That may be true, but the timing is not the same. She stopped b/g in October (she says just a few posts back), but the 'syphilis debacle' was in mid-August. If she stopped b/g because of that she probably would have stopped immediately, like another famous porn girl did. I would imagine that if the two are related, it's not a direct relation. There was likely something else that went into her decision. At any rate, I'm not posting to complain or anything. Just talking about timelines. I'm happy she shot the b/g scenes that she did.

Her post "time to do other things..." is probably true. If you look at her twitter feed Jessie has a *lot* going on mainstream, far more than any other active porn girl I know of now or can remember in the past. The surprise isn't that she's reduced her output to just g/g but rather that she does any porn at all. The modeling probably wouldn't survive her doing b/g gonzo, nor likely the jewelry. All that other stuff probably takes so much time & energy that a day with a porn shoot probably seems like a day off. Given the calamitous state of the porn industry she's got to put her time & effort into projects that might go somewhere over the next few years, and that sure isn't porn.
^I don't think it's a question of "time", it's just a personal choice. If you have to reserve a limited time to porn, it would be most profitable doing B/G that is better paid and that could give you more fame and awards. About modeling, she probably did more modeling when she was an active B/G performer than now. About jewelry, for the "big audience" it is not such a big difference being an active G/G performer with dozens of B/G scenes in their pocket, if her career in porn was a problem (and not a resource) she would had start that project under her real name or under another pseudonym.

it is a question of time :/ i travel a lot now djing, and when i'm home i focus on making music and creating jewelry and developing brands... but i do love shooting! I did model when i was shooting BG but not as much as i do now. i don't shoot porn now for money as much as i did before because my income depended on it, i shoot for fun now with people i like, but it's also a job that needs to be done ;)
