I came across it (pun partially intended) on a newsgroup, but it didn't have a description. It's Jewel De'Nyle and Rocco Siffredi, they start outdoors on stairs, and she actually consumes some of his -- well -- excrement. Later on, indoors, she seems to have an accident after a bit of anal, and she licks her hand clean after wiping it away. The sheer nastiness Ms. De'Nyle exhibits in the scene is at first shocking, but then overwhelmingly hot, and has become a favorite of mine. Anyone know the name of the movie it's from?
