There will be a formal press release in PN&PR soon, but I wanted to give feature fans a head's up since Joanna has done something really nice with this parody.
Burning Angel Entertainment's DVD comes with both black & white and color versions of the full feature. More coming soon, but for now here's the boxcover and a softcore shot of Ms. Angel.

You beat me to the punch! Or, I should say you took the initiative. I was gong to post this last week and just didn't, so thanks! I'm looking forward to watching and writing about this one. :)

Now there's a parody I might want to watch.

And I look forward to your thoughts, as always. :) I wanted to start a thread here because I know there have been some lively discussions / debates over parodies of classic black & white films being released in color.
I couldn't imagine this being available only in color unless it was a parody of, say, Hammer Films' Frankenstein cycle, which would then require a totally different creature make-up, etc.

Bride of Frankenstein is one of my favourite films and the original camp sensibility would work well in a parody (as Young Frankenstein has already shown) so this is promising, especially that they'll release a B&W version!

Just looking at the black and white photo, Joanna Angel looks like she's playing Amy Winehouse not BOF!

^ That was what I thought - they recycled Amy Winehouse's body parts for the bride of Frankenstein's monster, lol.

I just got my copy. Joanna Angel appears in the first two scenes, and her performances were great. When I recover my energy, I'll definitely check out the rest.

^ How much narrative is involved outside of the sex scenes, and do they stay in character during the sex?

I only made it part way through the second scene. It opens with some straight non-sexual set up of the story, but once it got going (to the point where I stopped watching), it stayed pretty sexy.
I can only speak about the beginning of the story, but the initiating incident takes place while Mrs. Fuckenstein (played by Joanna Angel) and Dr. Fuckenstein (played by James Deen) are having sex. The transition to Act 2 happens while the Missus is masturbating. So yeah, they stay in character. In fact, the plot develops during the sex scenes.

^ Cool, I love movies that narrativize through sex. Thanks for the feedback.
