Its a big risk and especially when you are not paying with the US dollar. A little sad about it and perhaps a slight feeling of "ripped off" I can detail you in the on store i bought from if you wish to know, else i look forward to your opinion. The format of the file is WMV which for me keeps on crashing when i seek in the file to certain scenes (i.e. my player breaks) I have managed to start converting the file to another format but it is taking ages. In saying this it is still poor quality for the video file as a "buy to download" offer. I spent valuable US dollars on this DVD and i was not expecting to have such a poor quality file. If i added on an extra 10 bucks i may as well bought it from somewhere else and got a better final product. It was one of the few places i could find online at the time (as an awaiting film i was wanting for some time) and i don't often buy online, its actually my first time for an adult selection. Delay that response... I think Jonni may have been asking you to send him a private message about where you bought it from (as opposed to skewering them publically, first, here in this thread). Just click on the "envelope" icon in any of Jonni's posts here in this thread, and you can send him your private message. Frankly, I wouldn't be surprised if your vendor doesn't offer you an opportunity to just receive a physical DVD (as long as you would pay any difference in cost + shipping). Hell, they (or Jonni) might even just send you one. HOWEVER, most vendors typically don't go out-of-their-way to make you happy after they've already been trashed publically. Jonni will check into your valid issues. I'll go out-on-a-limb here and wager that, the vendor will need to be providing Jonni Darkko titles for download that meet Jonni's quality standards (or, for that matter, Evil Angel's), and/or fix them if they are found lacking, or they won't be selling Jonni Darkko titles much longer. Evil Angel is a quality company. As you can see from this thread, Jonni is a stand-up guy. These people are going to do everything to get to the bottom of your complaint, see that you are given fair options to make you a satisfied customer, and fix whatever vendor/quality issues may be involved. BTW, and for future reference, a "High Quality WMV File" (as SugarDVD states) is not a DVD-quality file. I am not trashing Sug@rDVD I am just saying i am unhappy with the file i downloaded and i was expecting more quality from what i downloaded and the feature is more than 120 minutes so a file size of 2 CDR does not really cut it for me. It's like watching Titanic on 2 CDRs its not the same as Titanic on a Dual Layer Disc. Silly example i guess. Anyways, no intention of trashing any reseller. When Jonni can receive receive messages it would be easier for me to give him the information he needs i guess. Thanks for the support. If you don't want bad publicity, then you don't offer bad products. Everyone who has ever been in business knows that bad service or products gets more press than good, so it's expected and the one way to turn it around is to do something about it to take care of the customer. I cannot speak to whether porn vendors embrace this philosophy, but most upstanding business' do cause your bad publicity won't stop if continually ignore your customer complaints. So your comment goes to suggest that "most (porn) vendors typically" will not take care of their customers if they complain by writing a bad review lumps the majority of them as having bad business models.
