My trouble is that you don't know what quality or video formats you actually get when you buy online as they never show this information pre sign up or even purchase. Its a big risk and especially when you are not paying with the US dollar. A little sad about it and perhaps a slight feeling of "ripped off" I can detail you in the on store i bought from if you wish to know, else i look forward to your opinion. I specially signed up here to ask you this. I was taken to some other domain when I messaged "Fame Support" from your site as i don't know why it is a different domain.
