This is most surprising for me,we are actually judging a judge without knowing anything about the evidences or the fundamental claims he examined. How would you consider a Judge who condemn someone not even knowing what he did? I was hoping to hear from Janine.I am a big fan of her G/G scenes. i started this thread asking how can a judge do this. but as i posted in this thread. i could be all wrong about this. would have been nice for Janine to clear it up herself.
Custody is supposed to awarded on the basis of the child's best interests. In the real world there is an extremely strong assumption that the child's best interests to be with the mother, but there are limits. I have paid no attention to this situation at all but given the train-wreck Janine has been over the last few years I wouldn't be surprised to see the judge grant *anyone* else custody. If she wants custody she needs to convince the judge she can provide a home environment at least as good as what the kid has now.
Well I still love Janine and would still LOVE to see her doing B/G porn again sometime- though I think the chances are very slim considering her personal difficulties. Yeah, well I still think it stinks. Jesse's life doesn't appear all that great to me, and I'm still not sure if he's really with that "Kat" chick or not, whose character seems questionable to me at best. Arrested yet again. Look at her neck in the that photo. You know what that says? That says, "Hi! I'm incompetent to handle my own affairs, now or in the future!"
I know what Janine did is wrong. and i will not defend it. but i know what it's like for a mother to lose her child.i have seen mothers in my family have this happen to them. something like this makes people do crazy things. but that is no excuse. i don't Janine from a hole in the ground.but i still wish her well and hope she will get her life in order.she needs to get out of Texas, and away from her EX. get the courts to make sure she can see her child. and move on with her life. i think she needs a job. what kid of work is she doing now?
^The problem is that Janine doesn't seem to know that what she was doing was wrong. That's not exactly a surprise to many since she has done similar things in the past. I also don't know Janine but I wouldn't trust a pet with her. Let alone a human being and that includes any that she has given birth to. In thse cases it's betetr to err on the side of caution.

What would be great for Janine, would be for her to get herself cleaned up and work in the rehab industry. If she would meet with young girls and show them her pics when she was say 30 and now she would really help scare them straight. Obviously Drugs has taken a big part in her downfall and I'm sure she has pretty much made herself almost unwanted in Porn. Her stock has dropped so much and she looks terrible. Remember she isn't that young and with all those tattoos and her body starting to look haggered she would only get jobs because of her name and would have to do the D list porn to really make money. I'm sure there are people who would like to see Janine in Gangbangs, Blowbangs, etc. as I don't think that with all the tattoos she will be appealing enough to get regular work in typical porn movies. Just some work at first because of her name, but I just think overall she has tattooed herself out of a late career in porn if she wanted it. So what would be best is for her to stay out of the business and do some productive things and help other girls which will put her in a good light with the court system and hopefully she can get shared custody of her child. Right now I believe the judge and the courts are actually trying and have tried to help her. She really needs help and I hope she gets it as if not she could end up in an even worse place and I would hate to see that. I owned every Janine movie she ever made and thought she was one of the hottest pornstars ever, and I don't like GG. However this new Janine is unrecognizable and would be best off doing something in the drug rehab field or Tatoo field as I think her career in porn is sadly over. I agree with you that she might be opened to stuff that she wouldn't have been in the past for the right amount. The 2 biggest problems with that there isn't that kind of money in porn anymore.
