I just want to post because i love Jules Jordan stuff but i'm so disappointed by 3 points : - The last releases are "all the same" (Alexis Texas, Ryan Conner, Samantha Saint...) where are the Chechik, Rain, Chechik & Jilian and others scenes like that ? - The very low number of release (only one per two days, OH! we paid for it) - and finally the ass factory, this website should be merged with JulesJordan.com If i don't see improvements in the future on these points i don't renew my membership. When i see the number of release of Evil Angel and the similar price it's nearly a shame.

I am sure that Jules has some Jada Stevens scenes in his pocket to be released soon.
^ If Jules still has any unreleased Jada scenes I'd be surprised. Her contract with ArchAngel will be expiring in a little over a month, so if he wanted to take advantage of the Jada vacuum now would be the time to release any secret scene. If not, I'd be happy to see JJV be the first studio to book Jada post-ArchAngel. My top picks for a possible new edition of Pump My Ass Full of Cum would be Juelz Ventura, AJ Applegate, Dahlia Sky and Aidra Fox. I wouldn't complain about Anikka Albrite, Samantha Saint, Zoey Monroe or Romi Rain either.
The fact that none of the recent Adirana Chechik scenes have been released makes me think something happened between the two parties. Sounds ridiculous but it feels that way. Her Anal Boot Camp, The Cum Swap movie and her Manuel scene have yet to be released.

I don't think Jules would be the type to let a personal issue get in the way of making money. He invested the time and money into making those Adriana scenes, I'm sure they'll be seeing the light of day soon.
^ and to add to it, they already have seen the light of day on DVD, so this is all groundless speculation. I don't know the update cycle and update strategy on the site for the scenes already out on DVD, but to construct from the appearance (or lack thereof) of certain scenes something happened between the two parties seems quite far fetched.
There needs to be an IR version to Manuel's Reverse Gangbang.. Based on past and current relationships, I'd go with Rico as the top candidate, then the rest. But the guys have to be energetic, I do not like guys who react like they just spent 4 hours in the gym when shooting.

I had no issue logging in but in the past I've had this problem. Occasionally the day before the subscription recurs there is issues with the login situation. The problem lies in the fact that there is a 30 day subscription or a 90 day subscription. If the month exceeds the 30 day limit or possibly the 90 day limit for the 3 months it will not let you login the day before it recurs. This happened to me last summer. For example if you are billed on June 1 for a 90 day subscription you will not be billed until September 1. On August 31 you would have exceeded the 90 day subscription. Most likely it's because of that reason they block the login on the 91st or 31st day of the subscription.

brobang, multiple downloads are accepted, however you were attempting 1000+ downloads simultaneously, which is a red flag.....what program were you using? This falls outside of our normal customer service issues.

that's not true Jules, it was hardly 20..and that too not simultaneous...I used download manager to keep it in queue over the night ...so that they download one after other..and scenes i want to watch our available for me to watch over the weekend... 1000+ is practically not possible.. Even 20 at a time is too many, and using download manager creates a red flag situation. I know waiting for download time sucks but I recommend cutting it down a bit. thx
So is this why the download speeds have been so slow? Because persons like brobang are taking advantage and trying to download the whole website at once? Over the past few months, I have to be so patient just to download 1 file at a time, it takes forever. There are so many scenes that I haven't gotten to see yet just because of the speeds. They will stream, but won't fast forward or they stop and say error, this is why I download. I'm a paying member and a JJV fan, just like everyone else on here, so hearing this makes me a little mad, not gonna lie. I hope others will choose not to be so selfish.

even i didn't get any response from Technical Support Team using forum...i raised issue 3 times..but went unanswered.. then i posted here on the adultdvdtalk and Jules were quick to respond.. try this: Select forgot password link (even id u know the password) and you will receive the password on ur registered email id. Reply back to that email with ur login details..and u shud get a response...That worked for me

Agree with your last two for sure. Open Their Asses #3 was released on March 16, 2015 and the Carter Cruise and Valentina Nappi scenes are still not available on the website. Fucking POV #3 was released on June 15, 2015 and the Natalia Starr and Romi Rain scenes are still not available. WTF?
