What is it about this Dredd guy that you guys love so much? I download porn for the girls, the guy is like less that 20% importance in a scene for me. As I'm caucasian and porn is fantasy, I usually don't follow black guys, so maybe I'm not the one to judge Dredd, however, I don't even have a caucasian male favorite as I'm interested in the girls and they are the reason I choose to keep a scene or not.
I'm not a fan of Dredd because 1. OBVIOUS REASON. FUCK THAT GUY!! and 2. After a certain point there is a such thing as TOO big. Also a reason why i wasn't a fan of Shane Diesel. This could be really good. Dredd is kinda like the new "old" guy. Not nearly as much porn mileage as Mandingo, and he will bring the hammer if all systems are go. That pic from twitter with Gina and Karlee is great. Could be the beginning of a new line which no ones seen before. Jules is on to something here. Very excited about what's to come. As far as the size thing. Abigail mac, aidra Fox, Alena Croft, Carolina sweets, hell even piper perri...seemed to enjoy the hell out of it.
I definitely don't intend to hate on Dredd or Mandingo, both are passionate performers ,they usually have excellent chemistry with their female performers & with proper casting (which Jules Usually does quite a good job with) their size doesn't get in the way of a solid scene in my view.
But with all that being said, it's not as much the performers themselves that I have an issue with, but the relative number of devoted movies to them vs. classic longtime Jules Jordan lines that I have been purchasing and enjoying for many years. According to ADT there have been at least 15 Jules Jordan directed releases this year. Of those, there have been four Dredd labeled movies and four Mandingo labeled movies . So that's over half of Jules' ADT listed directed movies in 2018 featuring only two male talent in every scene. Alongside that, in 2017, there have been no Ass Worship movies(since 2015), no Feeding Frenzy, no Flesh Hunter, no Slut Puppies. And that's not to say that I did not enjoy many of Jules' releases that I purchased this year (the gang bang of Riley Reid was outstanding :))) I also realize that scenes may be shot first and then slotted into appropriate movies later(and hanging on to scenes too long may also draw complaints. ^ I haven't seen any type of real "chemistry" in a Mandingo scene in a very long time, if ever. Same goes for Dredd. He's just a big dude that is there doing his job, albeit more active than Mandingo. Not sure what all the excitement over him is about.
If someone says they dont pay attention to the guys, then why are they discussing B/G projects? You might wanna check the Girlsway or LesbianX threads. A girl must have good chemistry with her male counterpart. And for me, the dude needs to be attractive to make the scene believable. I'm not into it, but maybe some of these guys like watching hot magazine model types get it on with overweight, homely, half bald, smelly male partners Dredd and Mandingo sell, it's pretty simple. Plus they dont shoot for every other studio like most white guys. I can go see Mick, Markus, or any random white guy at any of these studios, shooting the same content. In fact, all the carbon copy films likely lead to all to niches(incest, hotwifing, etc.) becoming so popular: it's the only way to differentiate scenes Why is Jules gonna waste his time with projects that dont pull in numbers or have become too expensive or too much of a hassle to shoot? His interracial projects and Manuel projects pull in big numbers and require relatively minimal effort to create buzz and put together. And because there's only maybe 3 out of 100's of sites that can actually deliver on this, it makes these projects a big deal Jules probably has 50+ girls trying to get in a Mandingo or Dredd project and he could pull 5 names out of a hat and crush it. And even then, there are still many no-IR girls that are headliners in their own right like Alexis Texas, Jill Kassidy, Madison Ivy, Nicolette Shea, Rachel Starr, and Audrey Bitoni.
Anyway, Ava Addams has hinted at retirement in the near future. ^^ I know I am in minority here but I think Mandingo is a very solid performer. I really like his scene. On the other hand, I don't get the hype around Dredd. Its's only you and Manuel now. As much as I like Manuel, but I am not into his vag-only movies and I am missing the variety when it's all about Dredd and Mandingo. Yeah, you tell us? There was Chris Streams, Alexander Devoe, Everhard, William H, Gina Lynn, and at least one other. The best series that JJV had were Oil Overload, Wet Asses, and Ass Worship. Now they are all gone. All there is is an over abundance of Manuel (blah) and you once very 2 to three months. How much longer can you survive on that? But if HardX was able to go on for the past few years with only one director, you should be alright for now.

I think we have to take into consideration that not every director or porn star plans on doing porn forever. As much as we like their work and think they should continue. It would be different if all of these directors that are no longer with Jules were producing movies elsewhere. Most have left the business for whatever reason (personal, financial, family, etc.) and maybe just decided it was time to leave. I think we all know porn stars we love who have left the biz abruptly for similar reasons. It's not like they are going to get a public retirement party when they announce they are leaving, lol! Maybe they announce or a blog, or public forum, or something like that, but for the most part they just leave...
