The past couple of shock drops have all been Dredd scenes I believe (Savannah Bond, Gianna Dior, Nikki Benz), but there have been others as well (Autumn Falls first MMF comes to mind.) My own personal wish is that it's something to do with Abigail Mac (DP, gangbang, blowbang, etc.)

Just giving honest feedback with a dash of snark, but look past that and you'll see what needs changed. Nobody wants to see the same talent over, and over, and over. You've fallen into the same dull routine that (luckily) your competition has - same dull guys doing the same dull act with the only variety being the set and/or the female costar. I get it, you're on a budget and it isn't easy or cheap to constantly change things up, but accepting that doesn't move anyone forward. You need new talent on the site, badly. The lack of interest and apathy that those guys bring to the table is so thick and buttery rich you can put it on pancakes.
To answer your question though, what gets my attention (ie. dollars) is when a female costar brings the heat to a level that the guy in the scene is irrelevant. The overuse of the same women being spammed across the industry makes it all the more difficult, but if the guy in the scene already acts like an anchor...

Guys who know how to get it done without stealing the spotlight - Johnny Sins, Johnny Castle, Isiah Maxwell, Jason Brown to name a few.
It's a simple recipe: 1) Male talent that know they aren't there to be the focus of the scene unless the theme calls for it. 2) If the theme calls for it, then don't break the immersion for the viewer.
Case in point, you get Emma Hix who is one of my favorite starlets and you pair her with Steve "Khaki Kocksman" Holmes. His creepy inspecting and toying with her ass was such a turnoff I had to skip forward and hope the rest could be salvaged by editing that part out but there was never any spark of anything between them other than an old man poking at butthole then unzipping. You went full Lansky on us and kept his clothes on the entire scene, for what reason? Clothes stay on because it's a costume (theme), the intensity is so hot between the performers and they get caught up in the moment (acting), or someone has something to hide on their body. That scene didn't have any theme to it other than the lead-in plot outline, there was zero passion between them, and Steve has no issue getting undressed. If you're going to shoot the entire scene on a couch and there is no heat between the performers then shit like that gets painfully obvious.
I think it's fair to say that many guys watch porn to imagine themselves in the scene in the male role - so drawing attention away from the female risks breaking that immersion. Your line up does that constantly and unerringly. Those four guys I named are wallpaper and they excel at it, I cannot think of a single time any of them ever made the performance about their Timberlands, their tats, their mohawk, or any other idiotic gimmick.
I disagree, man. I could watch Abigail Mac, Jade Kush, Autumn Falls, Kendra Lust, Vina Sky over & over again! I don't exactly agree with everything the above poster said, I do concede he makes some valid points that ironically I've been thinking myself. (Btw, I hate to disappoint you but almost every talent male or female has their detractors and believe it or not, even though I have no issue with him - some people hate Isiah.) But while I don't have the withering criticism of the current crop of top stallions, I do think in order to find the next great male talent whether it's a Mick Blue, Steven St Croix or a Manuel Ferrera - you have to be willing to take risks with newbies. While everyone is willing to give a new girl a shot, the same doesn't seem to apply to men in the industry. I've actually browsed talent agencies looking at both male and female rosters, I'm always amazed at the sheer number of male talent that I've NEVER seen before in a single scene. Although I don't need a male talent that is like wallpaper in a scene, takes two to have a great scene and in the B/G scenes I have enjoyed; the male talent has mastered the art of how to make the girl look great along with having a blast himself while doing so. So much fun when you watch two people click in a scene with real chemistry as opposed to some scenes I've watched of the B/G variety in which in felt like both people were just going through the motions.
