I don't think that's the case here, because it's already a long time since the last release. Also, there's a new "Manuel is a MILF-O-Maniac" coming (a week earlier). When I listed a long list of scenes from JJV that were not yet on DVD, Jules replied that in these times it doesn't make sense shipping DVDs. Not sure how much has changed since. [Link]
